Class time:  8 to 5
Fee:  200.00 a day
4 days is one level
All classes equal 2.5 levels

You will be trained to teach Land to Water Yoga, Awareness Lessons, Explorations in Dance and Movement Therapy. You will be educated in  Ethics and approaches for a one on one Somatic Bodywork practice.
Ms. Hanna has had a one on one practice since 1992 and plans on sharing everything she has learned in every workshop.

All modalities will be weaved together, as a foundation for understanding the SHIN SOMATICS BODYWORK.

REIKI
Reiki is pure hands on healing. Ms. Hanna has been involved in hands on healing since 1996 when she earned the title "Reiki Master". Ms. Hanna will share her experiences and will atune students to the title of Reiki Master if their interests lay in this field. This includes the study of Spiritual Intuitive Healing, Chakra Awareness and Balancing. 
Reiki Class- Being attuned to the light/ 3 levels -  Become a Reiki Master.

All one on one Sessions are 65.00 for 75 minutes

Arodasi® Relaxation Therapy-  On a low table, fully clothed  one is moved gently.  Ms. Hanna listens to where the body is holding and brings movement to areas of stillness.  Many people feel like it is a gentle ease dance.

 The body lets go of tension, stress and holding patterns that are causing disorganization in the authentic self and physical body.    An overall letting go is one result of the lesson.  Breathing, moving, sensing and feeling are all introduced, through the gentleness of the session as the healing light is shared through out the hour.  

Relaxation can boost the immune system.  Learning to let go in a meditative state, frees the mind from the past or future.  And really allows one to be present in the moment.    Body awareness develops self awareness.  When one  develops self awareness, their posture, function and behavior improves. It is definitely good to become more self aware, since all we have really is the body.
